Twin Lock BCP Proximal Tibia Plate

The Twin Lock BCP Proximal Tibia Plate is indicated to be used in:

  • – Split-type fractures of the lateral tibial plateau
  • – Lateral split fractures with associated depressions
  • – Pure central depression fractures
  • – Split or depression fractures of the medial plateau
  • – Anatomically contoured: The plate fits exactly onto the lateral proximal tibia. Soft tissue irritation is reduced. No need for intraoperative plate bending
  • – Four parallel proximal locking holes: Four screws can be placed close to the articular surface with the rafting technique
  • – Three 2.0 mm proximal holes: 2.0 mm K wires can be placed proximally for preliminary fixation or holes can be used for meniscal repair with sutures.
  • – Three proximal holes distal to plate head: Hole angles allow for the screws to converge in the plate head allowing for support of the medial fragments
  • – Holes: The holes allow for the placement of either 3.5 mm Locking screws or 3.5 mm cortex screws
