All disputes will be subject to arbitration at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in English, by a sole arbitrator appointed by Sorath Ortho under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

If by virtue of any amendment to any existing laws, or by introduction of a novel legislation or in the instance that any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms of Use (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be affected.
