Twin Lock Vero Lateral Distal Fibula Plate

This plate is indicated to treat fractures, osteotomies, and nonunions of the metaphyseal and diaphyseal region of the distal fibula

– The plates are anatomically contoured, both distally and along the fibular shaft
– The combi holes in the shaft combine a dynamic compression unit hole with a locking screw hole. Combi holes provide flexibility with the option of axial compression and locking capability throughout the length of the plate
– Locking screw creates a fixed angle construct
– The plate features multiple locking options in the head, compatible with 2.7/ 2.4 mm locking screws
– Combi holes in the shaft compatible with 3.5 mm locking and cortex screws
– The plate is slightly bend at its distal end to improve anti – glide buttressing effect
– K wire holes accept the K wire (up to 2mm) to fix the plate to the distal fibula and also helps in plate positioning
