Ankle Fusion Nail

An ankle fusion nail is used in ankle arthrodesis, a procedure that fuses the bones in the ankle to treat severe ankle pain and stiffness. It is a gold standard treatment for symptomatic primary, secondary and posttraumatic ankle arthritis.

• Pink Head indicates Right Nail
• Green Head indicates Left Nail• Double Green rings on neck indicates Proximal & Distal Screw ⌀ 5.0 mm Interlocking Bone Screw
• Green & Blue rings on neck indicates Distal Screw ⌀ 5.0mm Interlocking Bone Screw & Proximal Screw ⌀ 4.0mm
• Diverging Screw angle allows the surgeon to target specific bone and joints
• Dynamic Compression Slot allows controlled compression
• Distal threaded screw holes help to reduce risk of screw back out while adding stability
• Rotational stability achieved with proximal static locking hole or dynamic compression slot
